As a General Manager, you will lead with a customer and people-centric focus as you play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of Cozi. In this role, you will get exposure to all aspects of Cozi’s business (product, growth, data, engineering, marketing, customer support) by driving a P&L across functions. You bring a blend of analytical, strategic and operational skills. You love to dig into data, apply critical thinking, make actionable recommendations, and see those recommendations through execution.

What you will accomplish:

  • Report directly into the CFO and work closely with executive leadership across functions as you oversee the long-term business strategy and execution of the Cozi business unit
  • Ensure the Cozi business unit is profitably growing and achieving goals and milestones set in the annual plan and budget
  • Manage day-to-day team priorities across Cozi-dedicated functional teams and unblock roadblocks or dependencies as they arise
  • Act as the glue in keeping complex cross-functional projects moving in the same direction from initiation to implementation
  • Prioritize initiatives to allocate resources towards the highest value activities within a budget
  • Work with marketing, product, and growth teams to test, measure, and iterate on A/B tests and experiments that maximize profitable growth
  • Serve as the Cozi spokesperson internally and in market, including forging new partnerships and business development relationships in the family management technology industry

  • You don’t hesitate to get your hands dirty and operate at the lowest level of detail, but you’re as comfortable thinking long-term and inspiring a team.
  • You like to use data to make decisions. You’re comfortable digging into the numbers and showcasing a story to help others understand your recommendations.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are invigorated by expanding businesses
  • Low ego, high integrity

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in broad operational or general management roles; Background from a top-tier management consulting firm preferable
  • Experience working with consumer-facing web/mobile technology applications, particularly in product, marketing, and/or business development functions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to influence others and work cross-functionally in a matrixed reporting environment
  • Familiarity with or interest in growth-stage tech, and/or SaaS business models
