As a Business Operations & Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of OurFamilyWizard. In this role you will get exposure to all aspects of OurFamilyWizard's business (product, engineering, analytics, sales, marketing, business development, finance) by driving cross-functional initiatives. You bring a blend of analytical, strategy, and operational skills. You love to dig into data, apply critical thinking, make actionable recommendations, and see those recommendations through to execution. This role is ideal for someone with Management Consulting / Strategy experience looking to move into growth-stage tech.
What you will accomplish:
- Report directly into VP of Business Operations & Strategy and work closely with other senior leaders across functions
- Assist OFW leadership through strategy and execution planning, and translate ad-hoc initiatives into action with cross-functional leadership
- Manage initiatives across go-to-market, product, and operational priorities to drive to business value
- Own in-depth analysis to support and strengthen our strategy and initiatives
- Provide market and consumer insights to inform long-term strategic planning, business development, and corporate development priorities
- Support and facilitate business reviews as needed (e.g., annual planning, quarterly business reviews, functional reviews, and other key meetings)

What you bring:
- 2+ years experience working in management consulting or similar high performing, data-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills; Excel/Tableau experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- (Bonus points) Familiarity with or interest in growth-stage tech, family law, and/or SaaS businesses
