We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization into the future. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role within our Business Intelligence & Analytics team leveraging our vast business data to identify insights that guide strategic decisions across our entire business. As a thought leader for technical business and reporting processes, you’ll develop forward-thinking systems that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.

What you will accomplish:

  • Become an expert on our business data and proactively mine data for insights
  • Manage and optimize regularly prepared reports, including:
    • OFW & Cozi weekly billings reports
    • Monthly business review reports
    • Monthly board reporting
  • Partner with other stakeholder teams across the business (i.e., sales, marketing, finance, product, strategy, customer support) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with these teams
  • Assist in managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
  • Partner with Marketing to analyze web & app store traffic, ROAS and SEO search performance metrics to help optimize investments and tactics.
  • Provide analytics support for Product & Engineering, including product utilization and onboarding metrics.
  • Leverage tools such as Excel and Tableau to provide reports to improve business processes
  • Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s mission
  • Analyze business requirements and processes and make recommendations to management and executives for implementation
  • Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements, data dictionaries, and user manuals for the organization

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
  • High proficiency with SQL language and database management
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, especially Excel
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
