As an Engagement and Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling Cozi awareness and engagement. You bring a blend of analytical and creative skills, and you are passionate about understanding the needs of the customer so that you can craft and communicate our solutions.

What you will accomplish:

  • Report directly into Senior Director of Marketing and work closely with the Cozi team across functions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Cozi customer, customer segments, and product offering so that you can craft stories and messaging that help families become passionate Cozi users and ambassadors
  • In partnership with the growth product team, develop, implement, test, and optimize email, push, and in-app marketing strategies to drive Cozi adoption, long-term engagement, and subscription purchase
  • Be a subject matter expert on our CRM and its various channel capabilities to engage families throughout their lifecycle and across our product platforms
  • Contribute to content creation, which we use as a cornerstone of our engagement and acquisition strategy; support content production, asset creation, and campaign set up and performance measurement; build and manage a content calendar
  • Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and marketing to bring your lifecycle marketing strategy to life
  • Manage the campaign process including schedules, creative asset creation, materials, and operation details

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated record of success driving customer engagement, retention, and/or revenue through lifecycle marketing efforts
  • Experience marketing digital consumer products, preferably including mobile apps, extra points for experience with freemium mobile apps
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests to drive results like acquisition, conversion, revenue optimization
  • Data-driven and always seeking the truth when evaluating campaigns and efforts against business goals
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in a marketing role focused on consumer engagement with digital products or services
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel, CRMs like Airship, and Wordpress
