As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide technical support for application users and also serve as a point of contact between the end user and development team. You handle both with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and expediency, striving to resolve client issues with one contact. Support hours are offered from 7am-10pm daily and 8am-8pm on weekends.

What you will accomplish:

  • Provide technical support to users of OurFamilyWizard.com
  • Quickly resolve user questions and requests in a friendly manner
  • Diagnose and report on technical glitches and user suggestions
  • Educate users on product features and benefits
  • Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
  • Profile user needs and make recommendations for additional services

What you bring:

  • High level of web proficiency and strong computer skills
  • Demonstrated verbal and written grammatical proficiencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and iWork applications
  • In depth knowledge of preferences in Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer
  • Comfortable and efficient in Windows, OS, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Experience with various calendaring software, mail clients, and error reporting tools is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Bachelors/Professional degree or equivalent experience in support roles preferred
  • Knowledge of the Family Law industry is a plus
