As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide technical support for application users and also serve as a point of contact between the end user and development team. You handle both with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and expediency, striving to resolve client issues with one contact. Support hours are offered from 7am-10pm daily and 8am-8pm on weekends.
