As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting OurFamilyWizard awareness and engagement. You bring a blend of analytical and creative skills, and you are passionate about understanding the needs of our customers so you can communicate our solutions.

What you will accomplish:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the OurFamilyWizard customer, customer segments, and product offering so that you can craft stories and messaging that help families become passionate OurFamilyWizard users and ambassadors
  • Be a subject matter expert on our customer engagement platform (Iterable) and its various channel capabilities to engage families throughout their lifecycle
  • Own implementation and optimization of all existing and new lifecycle journeys in Iterable
  • Partner with other Marketing and Product teams to execute parent outreach requests for content, product, and other needs
  • In partnership with the Growth product team, implement, test, and optimize email, push, and in-app marketing strategies in support of parent onboarding and activation
  • Monitor health of Iterable sending domains via complaints and unsubscribe reporting
  • Create and maintain landing pages to support awareness, acquisition, product marketing, and other campaigns
  • Maintain overall landing page library, including organization, cleaning, and managing redirects
  • Work with designer to maintain, update, and develop new content blocks to be used across landing pages
  • Own conversion rate optimization and experimentation across all landing pages

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated record of success driving customer engagement, retention, and/or revenue through marketing efforts
  • Experience marketing digital consumer products
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests to drive results like acquisition, conversion, and revenue optimization
  • Data-driven and always seeking the truth when evaluating campaigns and efforts against business goals
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities

What you bring:

  • 3+ years in a marketing role focused on consumer engagement with digital products or services
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with customer engagement platforms like Iterable and Airship, and landing page builders like Instapage
