As a Client Success Representative, you will work with our team of Professional Liaisons to identify, engage, and educate legal and mental health practitioners on the features and benefits of using OurFamilyWizard to help them better serve their clients navigating separation and divorce.

We’re hitting an incredible upward trajectory as we expand OurFamilyWizard into new markets and categories. This means launching new products and features that will help drive even greater engagement and adoption. Our go-to-market strategy team is looking for an Associate to help us accelerate our growth.

What you will accomplish:

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with OurFamilyWizard’s growing network of judges, lawyers, and law practitioners through a multi-touch engagement strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advocate for new and existing users by demonstrating a deep understanding of OurFamilyWizard’s technology, product, and the family law ecosystem.
  • Own and spearhead engagement campaigns that will help drive responsiveness, engagement, and user satisfaction.
  • Research family law practitioners and organizations well suited to utilize OurFamilyWizard with their colleagues and clientele.
  • Contribute to growth objectives by tracking and measuring activity and engagement of current users.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on developing collateral, content, and engagement principles that will help improve our ability to resolve ad-hoc requests.
  • Partner with Professional Liaisons teams on client service issues, onboarding, and special projects.
  • Utilize CRM system for tracking daily tasks, tracking and documentation of user data, interaction points, and internal updates.

What you have:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1+ years of experience within client success, business development, or other roles that engage with customers
  • Knowledge of the family law and family services space, or a desire to learn the market
  • Prior experience working with a CRM (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
