As an International Marketing Specialist, you will support the marketing needs of our international territories which primarily include the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You will help us scale our go-to-market motions with co-parents and family law professionals across each key international region by supporting online and offline marketing activities, localizing content relevant to each international region, maximizing reach, and ensuring brand consistency.
This will be a great opportunity for a self-starter who can proactively learn and optimize our systems for international marketing, think critically about how to improve and scale processes, and is motivated to identify new opportunities for growth. We’re hitting an incredible upward trajectory as we expand OurFamilyWizard into new markets. This means launching new marketing initiatives that will drive even greater engagement and adoption across international markets.
What you will accomplish:
- Localize online content, like blogs and ads, and offline materials, like flyers and event banners, for each of our core international audiences
- Support sales outreach to international audiences by drafting sales emails, updating tutorial decks, and more
- Oversee library of marketing and sales assets for international markets, and manage the internal process of updating and adding to this library
- Support the launch of new product features in international markets
- Ensure brand consistency across international markets
- Support the creation and execution of marketing automation campaigns in alignment with OurFamilyWizard’s parent and professional lifecycle marketing strategy
- Enable our international sales teams to position us successfully against key competitors by maintaining a pulse on the competitive landscape in key international markets
- Provide overall support and assistance to the marketing and international sales teams as needed
Who you are:
- You’re a team player with a low ego and high integrity
- You are an excellent communicator with strong writing skills
- You are organized, have high attention to detail, and maintain consistency in your work
- You are driven and have a passion for helping families navigate the challenges of co-parenting
- You are familiar with or interested in familiarizing yourself with international regions and their culture to help you craft content fit for each region
- You are open to some flexibility in your work hours to attend meetings with teams that are based abroad
What you bring:
- 1+ years of experience in a Marketing role
- Experience working with CMS platforms like Drupal
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems like Hubspot
- Copywriting experience
- Design experience or familiarity with design programs like Canva or the Adobe suite
- Familiar with or interest in family law and the challenges faced by families living separately
- Familiar with or interest in understanding cultural nuances, grammar, and vocabulary used across the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
